After having spent 15 years as a sales rep for Communications Products, Tego took the leap into being a full time real estate investor and integral part of the WelcomeHomeABQ.com team. His sales, marketing, and technology background along with his extensive knowledge of Real Estate Investing, gives the team a set of skills and knowledge that is unique in the Real Estate industry.

Tego believes that Real Estate marketing boils down to three primary concepts, Exposure, Location, and Response.

Exposure – Buyers need to find homes for sale and expect factual, accurate detailed information and photos of properties. We use an extensive internet presence to “spread the word” about our listed properties.

Location – Our marketing is focused on internet visibility and offline advertising to bring buyers to our site. We use multiple internet Real Estate listing services including ABQRealtors (Local MLS), Google, Yahoo, Keller Williams, Trula, Zillow, and many others. Recent surveys show that 80% of home shoppers start their search on the net.

Response – When buyers or sellers contact us, we jump into action. We get the information quickly. We understand that this is a customer service business and the best marketing is taking care of our clients in a courteous and professional manner.

We also affectionately refer to Tego as our in-house I.T. guy as he is often called upon to install and fix the computers or peripherals. Tego is of course Tracy's husband and together they make an awesome team working together on what they are passionate about. Tego also spends a great deal of time volunteering at their children's school and is a class favorite to chaperone field trips. Tego loves Albuquerque for it’s great hiking and biking trails and excellent year round climate. He is an avid biker rider and enjoys the road bike trails as well as those in the mountains. Also, with world class skiing in day trip distance from Albuquerque, he tries to hit the slopes when he can.

With the WelcomeHomeABQ.com team, Tego focuses on marketing our listings through aggressive online and offline marketing campaigns. He is also a Rio Rancho land expert and has put many miles on the truck finding those hard to find lots to check the terrain and availability of utilities.
